Wiley’s Watersports Joins Forces with Seattle Watersports
Seattle Watersports is excited to announce that Wiley’s Watersports will be joining the SWS Family! For over 58 years, the Wiley’s family has been serving the watersports community at their location in South Seattle. Beloved owner and operator Darren Wiley is retiring after many years of service to the watersports community.
Wiley’s started in 1965 with Paul Wiley making wood waterskis in his garage and carried the tradition of watersports starting with slalom skiing, selling the first wakeboards in the 1990’s and expanding into wake surfing in the early 2000’s. Wiley’s carries all of the top watersports brands including Radar, Ronix, HO, Hyperlite, D3, Connelly, Liquid Force,O’Neill, Reef, Slingshot, Proline, Masterline, Camaro, Straightline, and Chums.
This merger has created a powerhouse of watersports knowledge and experience for the Northwest watersports community. SWS and Wiley’s have been providing gear and knowledge for waterskiers, wakeboarders, barefooters, wake surfers, paddle boarders in our lake life community.

Seattle Watersports has been a staple in the western Washington lake life community for over 30 years as a boat dealership and proshop. SWS has supported watersports competitions across Washington, helped boaters obtain their boating license through training courses, offered water sports lessons, and provided crucial boat services to the community. These two leaders are joining forces to provide the best proshop selection and customer service experience to boaters in the Northwest.
