Waterski Binding Assembler Job Description:
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Waterski Binding Assembler to join our team. As a Waterski Binding Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling bindings onto waterskis in accordance with established quality standards and production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble bindings onto waterskis.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble bindings onto waterskis.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Document and report any defects or issues with finished products to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working in the assembly area.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in waterski binding assembly or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.

Boat Sales Associate Job Description:
SWS is searching for a highly professional, personable, energetic and experienced person for our sales department. We seek team players driven to grow and develop lasting customer relationships. This position will assist prospects in identifying the right product to fit their needs.
Experience is a must, ideally at a boat dealership but open to RV and automobile also. Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills are necessary to provide the level of service required of a Seattle Water Sports sales associate.
If you know how to use your positive attitude and love of selling to close the deal, we want you to join our team.

Office and Service Department Administrator Job Description: This is a customer service and office admin role for someone interested in working in a relaxed environment. Duties will include billing and receiving, writing work orders, shipping, and checking in customers for service appointments. In this role, you will work with the service department to execute work orders. We are looking for someone with office and billing experience. Must be detail orientated. All employees must be on time. Applicants do not necessarily need watersports and boating experience. Bookkeeping and payables/receivables experience is a bonus!

We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our detailing team to clean, buff, wax, and polish the interiors and exteriors of our customers’ beautiful boats! This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fun team and a great work environment. An ideal employee will have a can-do attitude and be able to be on their feet all day. Duties will involve climbing, reaching overhead, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling and bending. Applicants should be in good physical condition and be able to be thorough and efficient simultaneously. Proshop Sales Consultant

Proshop Sales Consultant Job Description: In the Proshop you will be responsible for obtaining deep product knowledge about wakeboarding, waterskiing, wake surfing and the boating accessory inventory. You will also be working with customers, answering phones, responding to emails, updating the SWS Proshop website, and running the cashier position. Professional communication, customer service skills and confidence in cash handling are a must. At Seattle Water Sports we work with QuickBooks, Excel and Google often or daily, having some knowledge of these programs would be very helpful. Keeping the showroom clean and tidy is important as well.
The Proshop Sales Consultant should begin the day by taking a walk around the showroom, making sure the products are in order, and each area is clean. Being confident and honest will take you far in this position. It is okay to tell customers you are still learning and need to look up information.
The leadership team at SWS really values employees who are proactive. If you have an idea to expand sales, we want to hear it! We all work together as a team to make the environment and Seattle Water Sports welcoming and fun. SWS is seeking employees that are self starting, innovative, and ask questions.

Service Technician Job Description:
• Become knowledgeable of all our product lines, new and used
• Work side by side with a Senior Technician to learn processes and procedures
• Maintain neat and clean facilities and equipment
• Effectively and efficiently implement work procedures
• Work in unison with the Service manager, Service Consultant and the Parts Department
• Document all customer repair needs on work orders with the guidance of the Senior Tech
Requirements
• Have basic computer skills
• Be able to take direction well
• Have the ability to effectively multitask
• Be self-motivated, well organized and maintain a high attention to detail
• Ability to work well alone or with a team
• Good work ethic with ability to take direction, learn, and deliver excellent results
